Jul 17th, 2023distinctive pinot noir, despite the blending of grapes from 25+ vineyards
subdued notes of red and black fruit (blackberry, cherry), touches of cedar from the gentle oaking
medium body, minimal tannins, acidic, dry - happy to have tried a biodynamic wine but isn’t anything special (if anything, i prefer a brighter, fruiter red wine)

Great wine for the price! Blackberry and cherry with hints of chocolate. Medium acidity and body, I really liked this one.

Another consistent vintage of this solid widely available Oregon Pinot Noir. Bright garnet (though transparent) color. Intensely floral (violets) on the nose with additional notes of cherry, tomato leaf and a bit of barnyard funk. Ripe red berry and plum fruit on the pallet with a hint of mushroom on the mid-pallet. Very nice balance and acidity (especially at this price point) and ever present, but relatively soft tannins. Excellent QPR!
