Brut Blanc de Blancs Chouilly Grand Cru Champagne

Bright citrus start, then mid palate there is this weird metallic taste that stays throughout the finish. Bottling date: 1st semester 2013. LB

More expressive and hight toned than the last bottle. Much more toasty fruit and pastry notes and plenty of zip. Lenoble has been a fav of mine lately

NV - dry & fresh - perfect with sashimi

Good crisp finish that it can go well with kimchee hot pot. Flexible with food.

Pepper and funk on the nose. Metallic, green pepper, with very little sweetness. A hint of creaminess.

Excellent! Good bead. Yellow, straw color. Incredibly fruity for a chardonnay champagne. Impressive for the price.

Bland de blancs, 100% Chardonnay, green citrus flavors, a little nutty. Opened up and shows quite a bit of complexity. Very nice!
