12' Jeff Cohn collaboration. This full-bodied (pair it with food )Viognier is nothing like I've experienced, coming out of California before. Tastes completely old world to me. I highly recommend letting it open up in your glass for 30 minutes. Honeysuckle on the nose. Tangerine, vibrant oranges, layers of floral complexity. You could lay this down for 2/3 years. There's certainly no need to do that. WOW...a new California Rhone style experience for me!

This is nothing short of delicious. Rich and succulent noses of roasted pineapple, fennel, quince and the full tropical 🌴 fruit line up. On the sip it has that silky kinda oily texture. Dried apricot, peach, creamed plantain excite the entire palate. Bitter orange and bitters round out the smoked finish. Beautiful job Jeff Cohn and Yves Gangloff
