Great example from the excellent 2005 harvest. A blend of 85% Tempranillo / 15% Graciano, this wine spent 36 months in oak and another 36 months in bottle before release. A deep ruby in the glass, it delivers lots of dark red fruit, with layers of spice, leather, vanilla, tobacco and earthiness. The maturity time of this Gran Reserva delivers a beautiful, smoothly balanced wine.
