Tar, blackberry, gum Arabic, dark rye loaf with caraway, cedar wrapped tobaccos, baked artichoke, baked black currant, mussel shells in beef broth, broken pencils and rosemary sprig. Really a steak bouquet beckoning. Chocolate-y palate with graphite on aged parchment, seared thyme, baked cassis, warm black and blue berries, burnt black currant and black poppyseed. I like this.
