Château Tayac

Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend 2015

The wine poured a beautiful dark Brick/blood red. We decanted it and let it breathe for about 45 minutes first. It has wonderful flavors of earth, graphite, dried fruit. This is another example I think of buying a lower cost wine from a great vintage and putting it up. It certainly could’ve Aged longer. But it went perfectly with our prime stakes dinner at Hanna with our friends the Swanson‘s and the Bailey‘s. #bordeaux #leftbankbordeaux #margauxwine — 6 months ago
