This #gruaudlarose was showing incredibly well. It was delicate and elegant with silky tannins. The fruit was mature but sweet and balanced well with the green pepper, graphite and array of other notes. A great wine, worthy of its rank as a 2nd grand cru classé. Dark ruby colour, 55% cabernet sauvignon , 35% merlot, 5% cabernet franc and 5% petit verdot. Fruity, hint of coffee, caramel finish.
