Rapid Roy Red Blend

I always like trying different blends and Paso Robles blend of primitivo, Syrah and Mourvèdre was certainly different. To me this is a chefs pantry. Lots of spices came to mind. Pepper, thyme and lightly smoked fennel. The fruits of the berries seemed washed though to me but you could still pick them out. This will not be one of those universal beloved wines but I did enjoy it. I would love to get with my chef friends and find a really good dish to go with this wine.
