Bakery nose of wheat and rye breads browned darkly, orange zest, yeastiness adds additional citrus of lemon and there is caramelized pineapple and ginger chunks. Doughy notes from malts. Overall nose is crust. Palate instantly refreshes, tangerine and pomelo, orange and corn, with a peach touch in a sensory turn both textural and initial taste.
