A very good Super Tuscan but still needs some time. Good today but better tomorrow

This is obviously young but already (with a 2 hour decant) really enjoyable. Jammy fruit and balanced acidity...would definately recommend! Went brilliantly with mushroom and truffel Tagliatelle
