Cabernet franc dominant blend. M* ruby, rosé and sweet fruit on the nose, baking spice. Fresh and medium bodied but with alcohol poking out. Organic, earthy finish. Moderate plus length

Wine is Ruby red
On nose its cherries, raspberry, floral, campor, italian herbs.
On palate, Fine tannis, medium acidity, wine is accessible, drinkable, its fruity. Its lighter style compare to 2020, with more elegant and finese structure. Cheers!

Super Tuscan from Gaja. Wine has a dark ruby appearance. Classic red berry aromas with rustic components of leather and wet wood. On the palate it is full bodied, medium alcohol, medium tannins, medium acidity, with a medium red berry finish. Best wine for my Cacio e Pepe.
