Surprisingly ripe Chablis. More stone fruit, including a very ripe peach or even apricot note. Excellent concentration, nice acid balance, higher alcohol. Still has a wet stone palate indicative of Chablis. Clearly a warm vintage for this producer that is stylistically different from most Chablis I’ve had but a high quality beautiful wine nevertheless. Interesting,

I got more minerality that Asian pear - perhaps because this bottle was chilled more. Extremely enjoyable.
