Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

2018. dark fruits and berries- black berry, black currant, mocha, hint of…eucalyptus, herbal notes are subtle. toasty oak in balance with fruits. firm tannins open with acid. long lasting finish. loving the aromatics upon first opening.

A bit diluted. Picked too early?

A bit closed on the nose and still some alcoholic heat which proves that additional cellaring is needed. Besides that a fantastic wine. Quite some acidity which surprised me for a Napa wine. If you have this wine I would keep it at least another year or two before opening it

I’m liking what I’m smelling. Pepper and spice on the nose. Subtle tannin and complex notes of fruit and earth on palette. Finish is tannin. Early. Shelf life to it? Too young?

Enjoyable, but could have sat longer. Not as good as previous vintages.
