On palate, acidity is medium+, chewy, creamy, firm structure, long finish, big fruits of course. This is a beautiful wine, considering 2018 is not an easy year for montalcino. Decant time is 1 hour, enjoy it now or keep it for 2-3 years. Cheers!! π·
