Monster acidity, wet stones with lemon, tangerine and green apple. Needs food but I think that kinda goes without saying. Definitely room for improvement with time

Just awesome. In a great place at 6 years of age. So saline with wonderful minerality. Searing on the palate, in a good way. Very long finish. Thoroughly enjoyable.
