Nose is fully Spring with apple blossom 🌸, and perfumed skin, hint of spicy roots as ginger/tumeric and some pear.

St Laurent? Say no more. This varietal always steals my heart but I’ve only had it sparkling once before. Pleasant like a nice summer day, it’s fresh and lively, clean and bright.
