Pale straw. Beautiful aroma of citrus (lemon), white flowers, white pepper/ginger and yellow pear. In the mouth is medium plus and shows beautiful balance and tension and minerality. With time in the glass some herbal and saline notes emerge and the finish acquires almost a honeysh profile. One of the most interesting carricantes I’ve tried from Etna.
