Three Valleys Sonoma County Zinfandel Blend

On the nose: crushed raspberries, floral bouquet, strawberries, cinnamon,
clay.
On the tongue: raspberry, graphite, pepper cinnamon, and spice.

Nice and approachable Zin. Just enough structure to clear a nice lean bison burger.

Easy and casual for watching the Yanks

Pale purple color. Aromas of dark cherry, rhubarb and licorice. Haunting cherry flavors through black licorice and cedar. Paired nicely with Sous Vide steak.

Very drinkable on its own or with food. Smooth. Getting cherry on this

I am a Ridge fan but I have learned they have many wines. This one was a big juicy fruit forward Zin.
I had a Syrah recently that was sour grapes so I will stick with trying their zins. They have a 50 that is awsome as well.

Dried red fruits and the right amount of vanilla oak. Great go-to red for just about anything.

Jammy, smooth, medium tannins. Even better after breathing a bit. Great Thanksgiving wine!

Relatively complex, nice with a steak or other heavier meat.
