On the palate is cherry, raspberry, rose, spice, licorice, soft oak, clay pot and earth.

This wine is medium body with medium+ acidity and medium + to high mouth coating fine sandpaper tannins that leads into a long drying red fruit finish.

Elegant. Dried cherry and roses, fine grained tannins that coat the tongue lending a long finish. Medium + acid. Barbaresco to the max. Great with a homemade pasta alla vodka.
