Needed an hour+ to sort out but this was rich and velvety smooth Tuscan cab+merlot, dark red fruit, pencil lead, lavender. Iodine that I usually associate with Sangiovese and a touch of menthol. Still fresh, lively on the back end. Impressive.

Jul 26th, 2020A wall of rich, even luscious Italian cab that tastes as if it was blended with Syrah. Earthy, loaded with dark fine-grainy chocolate. Way too early but incredibly promising, showing signs of potential greatness after 2 hr decant.
