Lemon curd, orange zest, toasted hazelnuts, membrillo paste, ginger, lemongrass, saline, vanilla bean, creme fraiche. Vibrant acidity, medium bodied, rich juicy texture, crisp briny-floral-slightly tropical finish. Balanced aromatics/structure, at times Chablis with hints of Cote de Beaune. Unfocused in a good way, fusion wine for fusion food.
