These are just always a favorite for me. Deep claret color and earthy nose. Smoke and oak over cherry and plum. Enough tannin to hold up to our steak but still a lot of red fruit.

I’m a fan of this producer and the rosé delivers. Ethereal, nice minerality. Some oak and light vanilla notes come in to round it out.
