A blend of Cab Sauv, Merlot & Cab Franc, aged for 10 months in French oak, 35% new. Deep Ruby with ripe fruit aromas and round oak notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry & cherry with vanilla and cacao, starting to develop some leathery tones. Nice ripe soft tannins, that open easily. Long finish ending with fruit, mineral and vanilla character. Very nice should continue to drink well for next decade. Had this twice, very nice!

Nov 17th, 2019A blend of Cab Sauvignon, Merlot & Cab Franc, aged for 10 months in French oak, 35% new. Very dark red with big ripe fruit aromas with gentle oak notes. Flavors of rich blackberry and cherry show up with cacao and a bit of perfect spice. Big tannins, full that open up nicely dispite its youth. Lingering finish ending with some mineral notes. Very nice should drink well for next decade.

1 person found it helpfulAug 19th, 2018Amazing. It has a shy beginning. The nose promises a lot. There is some vanilla sweetness with ripe cherry and raspberry. But then comes the palate where all of it strikes you with some pepper, strong. But the finish is calm. It's really fantastic wine. I love it for its elegance connected with boldness. The wine made for James Bond. :)
