Nov 27th, 2017Pale gold on the color. Moderate+ viscosity. Lots of ripe yellow apples, pears, white peaches, orange zest, slight botrytis and honey. Dry, pretty high acidity, almost tart apple and lemon, good minerals. The palate is very different from the nose. Very balanced and moderate+ finish. Absolutely love it!

This isn't sipping wine. You just have to chug it. So f'n delicious! There are wines that may technically be better but there are few that are more enjoyable.

Pure pleasure. Someone said singed hair on the nose, which is so perverse, but I love it. Incredible acidity, simply mouthwatering. Classic chenin notes. One imagines this is the tap water in paradise.

2015 in 6/21. Barely bruised yellow apples, not super fresh pear. Quince something. Hair of O2. Is there botrytis???? 12.5 alc, assumed dry but negative. Thought not quite demi sec tho their site says otherwise. Label gives no mention. Not a bad wine but not what I expected. Rather complex. Acidity nice but hides behind the weight of the cooked fruits. Pkvw
