Wild raspberries and bright red florals on the nose. Wine is meaty and savory. Blackberries, dark cherries, dark raspberries, creamy raspberries, plum, beautiful red wild florals, near perfect chalk and minerality, turned black moist soil, acidity is just right, nice spice (clove) & baking spices and long beautiful ripe fruit, floral finish. Nearly 94...it'll get there.

Red cherry, raspberry and cranberry. Floral and baking spice. M+ acid. M body. Round tannins. Rich on the palate. This wine needs time to come together.

This is one of those wines where the nose doesn’t match the palate at all. Nose was dark dark chocolate, leather, coffee and then a barn. After a few swirls, you get a tropical fruit note. Palate was light and a bit fruity but then wet stone and will dry your mouth out completely. After you let it breath for a bit, the fruit comes through more in the nose. Glad I opened this now as I think it’s at its peak. So good!

Had a fungus on the nose when we first opened it. Palate is big and fruity.

Dark fruit earthy Pinot. This wine is from Shea vineyard in Oregon. I usually look for wines sourced from Shea.

Top wine of another beautiful stay on the OR coast - perfectly balanced berry/fruit and spice in this special release - went great with asparagus soup, green salad, Sous Vide pork tenderloin with an herb sauce and garlic mashed potatoes.

Wish I could agree with other reviewers. To me, nose was unpleasant at first. Cat pee + cherry candy. Perhaps a little better after time. Flavor fruit forward cherry with strong bitter and some astringent tannins. Very short lived. Not my favorite
