This really grew on me over the course of the bottle. Reminded me a bit of a Gueuze. Some pet nats fail to hit the proper level of carbonation, but this was dead on. Totally dry with refreshing acidity.

Smells like grilled pineapple and tastes biting into a fresh, sparkling Asian pear. Begs for oysters and sunshine. It is stunning but approachable, absolutely charming. A gem.

Apples, pear cider, roasted nuts, and a touch of yeast. Amazing Petnat. One of those wines that keeps you coming for more and more and the bottles gone in the blink of an eye. ;)
