Clos des Ducs Monopole Volnay 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Hard to rate as its so young and needs 10 years easy...lots of great potential to over up the ratings scale...that goes for all 3 2014 d'Angerville rated here from @La Paulée

Aired 1hr in bottle; still needed a little time to open up in the glass, but lovely red fruit and light, silky texture. Built to last and glad I have more.

very open in its youth, lighter tannic profile and much more approachable than I was anticipating
