Grand Cru Classé Pauillac Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Smelled way better than it tasted. Perfumed flowers, raspberries, baking spices, and a touch of oak. Bright acidity firm tannins however there was a lingering bitterness on the finish. Wine was decanted for a few hours so might have been better with more. Definitely tightly wound still would probably be better in 5-10 years.

Graphite, plum, sesame, blueberry on the mid palate. Huge in the mouth.
