This very nice, low alcohol Dolceto went very well with our Gorgonzola ravioli. Plenty of black fruit, good acidity and grip, no heat!

Nice for sipping. Fruit forward, high acidity with flavors of tart bing cherry and medium tannins. Overall pretty good. Might get better with another year or 2 in the bottle

Austere, with tones of pencil, dark berry, cherry, almond. Light bodied. Drinking alone, but this would be excellent with red sauce pasta and pizza. Not exactly quaffable, as the acidity is a bit bracing. But the fruit is prominent. Drinking this slow. A note: this acidity mellows out after breathing for an hour.
