Watermelon jolly rancher without the syrup feel. Gunpowder strangely enough. Vinegar but not in a bad way. Great acidity. Dry finish. Funky. Would be amazing with a light fish dish. Vegetal, herbal. Gorgeous color and mouthfeel. Thank you @Vanessa Justice!

Classic #cabfranc notes of bell pepper and earth with just the right amount of funk. Pairs equally delicious with a pickled plum seaweed wrap and with cardamom bread with barnyardey sheep cheese. Made in Berkeley, quaffed in Berkeley.
