Outstanding SB. This is actually the 'George's Cuvee' which is the only wine Arietta produces for a restaurant, my favorite local joint, Steve and Cookies by the Bay. 95% SB, 5% semillon. Laser like focus, great acidity, with a rounded finish. Perfect with oysters and some caviar tonight. Drinking with Arietta's owner, Fritz Hatton.

Golden color, super slow tearing/legs for miles (14.9% alc)! Along with Quintessa's Illumination my favorite Nor Cal Sauv Blanc tasted this year!
Blend of old vine Sauv Blanc and old vine Semillion. New, second use oak and stainless steel fermentation.
Deep and brooding kiwi and gooseberry. Yellow and white flowers, honey, beeswax, melon, bright crushed river rock minerality, yellow apple. Finish lingers for 12+ seconds, amazing body and balance. Amazing for mu body and balances my mood.
