Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep dark red with aromas of black fruits and complex spice. Some of the grapes were sourced from Pope Valley adding complex depth to the wine. On the palate rich blackberry and blueberry flavors, great mouthfeel, with tobacco and cedar notes. Full-bodied, well balanced, fine tannins in a firm lingering finish gives this wine backbone to age well for another decade.

If more of Napa's fruit forward minded producers could mimic Keenan. Well integrated red and black fruit, and a dash of Cab earthiness. Cedar box warmth, and a breath of vanilla.

A terrific wine. Enjoyed with beef tenderloin for Christmas dinner. A beautiful dark color with great legs. A strong, bold mouth feel, smooth from start to finish. We let breath for about 1 hr before indulging.

Fantastic wine, particularly for the price. Need to find some more.

A really nice traditional cab. Drank the 2012 and was probably as early as I would want it. Good structure, everything you would expect from a very traditional cab.

Good robust Cab, was dry on the backend but smooth. Great black fruit jammy flavor, color is magnificent, deep ruby. Leat breath a bit and enjoy. Picked up at Costco - $40.

Solid cab. Almost better on the nose than the palate. Almost.

Bright, bold, jammy. Cherry cola! Rating this a day after opening it. Deep red/Violet. Mixed fruit and floral bouquet. Had this next to some other 2012 Napa Cabs throughout the week and this is a clear front runner.
