Decant several hours. Room temp. Nice accompaniment to evening potluck. A fun one.

Once I stopped wanting this to be Muscadet (much lower acidity) or Ramato Pinot Gris (not nearly the tannin/phenolic structure) I really enjoyed this. It's a much quieter and more nuanced 'orange' wine, rewarding close attention and time taken. Lots of development over 3 days, and I'm curious where this is in another year or two. Thanks @Hardy Wallace !

Fun and interesting. Flavors are quite muted. Best characteristics came out with a roasted red pepper and walnut purée with some heat from cayenne. Maybe for Indian or Thai next time- the acidity is not particularly strong either.

Stunningly good. Starts off literally like cantaloupe. Smells more like honeydew. Then the acid cuts through everything. But immediately following you get tannins leading to a super dry finish. Love it

Sampled this one over four nights. A bit flat on opening but livened up a bit with air. Hardy says to give it 30 min of air, but I'd say at least two hours at this stage. Very rough around the edges on day 1, and better with food, but smoothed out nicely by day 3. Score for last day. Will probably hold next one for at least six months.
