Cloudy blush red. Not getting much out of the nose. Bone dry, with tannins, but not the ones that cause you to pucker. Opens up a bit to fresh cranberries, salt, and umeboshi (light notes of the last one). Different style of sangiovese. I prefer the fruit forward ones myself.
