Even at 23 years this is still baby and needs another 5 years to fully open with integrated tannins. Started to open after a good hour in the glass. First taste after a pour acidity and gripping tannins.

Lead pencil and red fruit. Medium body keeps on evolving in the glass. Superb effort still ways to go.

Tight as a drum one of the most backward 2000 Bordeaux I have tasted . Re visit in 5 to 10 years .

Every time I start disliking Bordeaux, a bottle like this brings me right back in!

WOTN! Wow this was amazing! The nose was so expressive. The flavors in the mouth were awesome. This is in a perfect place!

Starting to open up, dark purple fruits, plum n cassis, plenty of acid m structure on lengthy finish
