Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A Blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc & 2% Malbec. Grapes sourced from Weinbau, Lady Hawk, Champoux, Shaw and Obelisco vineyards. Red and black fruit aromas with earthy herb notes. On the palate cherry and blackberry flavors with sweet vanilla on fine tannins. Lingering finish ending with spice notes. Tasting Sample.

Softly fruited. Doesn't have a long finish.

At home in EC and not a big fan for the $37. Must drink with food.

Medium body red with spice flavors. Long finish but low tannins.

Great dinner wine. Smooth, rich finish. Beside dinner paired with dark chocolate for desert. Outstanding.

This is a very tasty with with nice balance... I allowed the wine to breathe for 40 minutes prior to drinking. Enjoyable

Not bad young. Even after a few minutes a small puff of cigar smoke still hangs around your mouth. Earthy.

Great light wine with almost no aftertaste and perfect for chicken or steak at a great price.
