The aromas remind me of a very young modern barolo. Up front in your face tar with secondary aromas of black fruits. BlackBerry, and earthy flavors on the palate. Pnp. Tannins are smooth and drinking well right out of the gates. — 7 years ago

Not nearly as sweet as previous vintages (thank God). Fruity, slightly floral, and chalky aromatics. Strong berry fruit and minerality for taste and a crisp finish.
