Weighty nose of brambly Apple peel, apple blossom, wet stone and a touch of mealy, waxy lemon. Palate has a beautifully rounded mineral weight to it alongside a sleek acid structure that is present but does not overpower the rich Apple fruit and citron tart, finishes on a super fresh mineral note, alpine stream stylé. A delicious, understated wine with very rounded edges.
