Lemon and lime zest. Some early green notes that blew off after 10-15mins. Great acidity but never really developed the depth and volume as I would have hoped. Paired well with the white asparagus steamed rice and scallops.

Deep & showing plenty of power. Fruit is out front, yet plenty of elegance on display here. Something I would love revisiting regularly. Excellent Champagne.

My favorite from Grand Cru of this select batch of bubbles. Rich and clean, lots of leesy notes mid-palate with a racy close to the bright finish.
