Whoaaaa who has heard of this? Even the if you have not who cares? I’m an acid hound so this plays well but even without you get citrus and honeydew and...who cares try this. It went through malo so it’s also got this luscious thing all while being light. Romorantin? Who knew.

Honeydew melon, lemon meringue, membrillo paste, gardenias, honeysuckle. Lively rounded acidity, light-medium bodied, juicy-oily texture, crisp floral-citrus zest-slightly herbal finish. Mineral driven, white rhone like with snapping acidity. Excels as a food wine.

Interesting sort of "Jura" oxidative uniqueness (unlike an aged oxidation) on the nose but completely absent on the palate. Has that waxy, oily mouthfeel I love - the finish seemed to immediately disappear but was resurrected by the clinging waxy-oiliness. Citric goodness - very nice...
