Great structure. Extremely aromatic with cocoa powder, cherry cola, macerated red fruits. The palate is a bit lacking in complexity but still offers incredible balance and texture. Pretty powerful with some air.

For a less than heralded vintage, this shows great death and expression

Fresh picked cherries, floral, nice peppery spice, velvety tannins, a touch hot.

Was tasting young but should settle down very well. Showed lots of structure and was very well integrated

This was drank on Feb 2017 with venison, pork porter house and grilled trout after sleigh ride to 10,000' and following great Cakebread Chardonnay. Full of dark berry, wonderful taste and dry. One best pinot's I have had. Will look for what is available. Highly recommended.

Visited this vineyard earlier this year - in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. The landscape was spectacular; the tasting room staff knowledgable and helpful. It was a very memorable experience. I tasted this wine and brought a bottle home and we are enjoying it on our Cape Cod vacation. It was just as I remembered it - great fruit flavor, a prevalent spice, and a silky smooth finish after sitting in the glass for 15 minutes. If you have it, you are going to love it. I'm not usually a Pinot fan because good ones are hard to find. This is a great one.

People, its getting better every day. I think even those that rated it 9.0 should revisit it now.

Earthy nose, hints of wet dirt and deep cherry. Light astringent tannins. Drinking really well right now.
