Just simply delicious. Reducrive/flinty nose, penetrating limey flavors and long finish.

Super pure mineral driven Riesling barely showing anything now. I called it Chablis blind. 😜

Lemon rind, yellow and green apple, petrol, ginger spice, doughy yeastiness, intense minerality, mouthwatering acidity. Delicious salinity.

Tropical notes of pineapple just starting to emerge.

Fades to a lovely lemon curd, lemon candy finish. 93

2014 Fräsch fat utan att vara för mycket med metalltank.

Classic Alsace Riesling. Powerful w/ medium acidity. Med alcohol. Strong flavour intensity. Stone fruit, pear, gooseberries, lychee. Mineral. Ling finish. Drink or hold.

Weinbach schlossberg reisling 2015. The nose is somewhat closed, but with spice and citrus. The mouth is full and crisp. Drank it too early. Saw it on wine list at Mistral last night and could not help it. Beautiful with salad, shave parmesan and house smoke salmom
