Excellent rioja, ignore the wine tears. After a while it tasted like water and I forgot I was drinking wine - I call it the reverse Jesus.

Fairly light bodied, a little heavier than pinot. Not much on the nose, but a dusty smell and dusty finish - patching and tannic. Actually quite pleasant, like drinking a musty book-lined study, lots of fruit peeks out on the pallet, but it's a subtle wine and nothing blows you away. Solid go-to at the same price as some of the market setting Rojas.

Not sure of the price per bottle but love the finish on this wine. Happened upon it while at a neighborhood restaurant. Yummy.
