Decanted one hour. Delicious! If I tasted thing blind I would say it could be nothing other than beautifully aged bordeaux, which is crazy considering it’s entirely Sangiovese. This is a real beauty. It is fully mature but will continue to age gracefully for at least a few more years. Bravo!

Excellent wine with a nose of cedar spice, plums and licorice and had some dried flowery elements early on. Drinking great with the cedar component in the taste. Overall very smooth and integrated.

Smooth from start to finish. Excellent fruit. Age as tempered and biting and added complexity and sophistication. Worth it.
