Kind of orange, kinda brown. Not much Muscat in the nose. Impossible to disgorge as the yeast refused to break up from the sheets it formed in bottle. Pleasant mousse. Good with food. Not very complex or compelling but worth trying.

Pushing on the edges of the box. Melon, tangerine, grapefruit rind, pine-sol. Methods ancestral is a great way to vinify. Keep it up guys!

A fun pet-nat. Residual sugar from Muscat allows it to be a great post dinner drink or afternoon aperitif. Bright yellow color and apricot/pineapple flavors get depth from funk you expect from a pet-nat.

2014 vintage - Nose like a cider from northern Spain. Unfiltered with grape skins in the bottle. Cloudy gold color. Almost shandy (beer) like in the interplay between fruit and alcohol. An odd outlier in the best possible way.
