First taste drew an immediate “classical” from Abe. Initially shy, but clearly promising, it blossomed beautifully with some air and time.
The inside scoop:
Post-reveal was no shock, as this is one of Abe's go-to non-Champagne sparkling wines. Made from biodynamically farmed Gringet grapes in France’s eastern Savoie region, it has Alpine crispness and minerality, plus depth from extended lees aging.

Jul 14th, 2015Apple, peach, floral, cocoa butter a touch of bitter while rich and ripe at the same time. Definitely fruity but pretty and nuanced at the same time. QPR with bubbles and refreshment make me smile big :) the bubbles are fine too. No bullshit RS. This is great, with acid. Everything Prosecco ever wanted to be.
