Oct 1st, 2018Give her some room! Let her breath. Classic movie line after someone faints, well it the same thin guy you need to do when opening up this beauty. After 2 hours of decanting it was still super tannic, floral, yet small but delightful berries notes. Thrown in the vanilla finish, and it almost seemed as if a French pasty had landed in my cup bust someone had just forgotten to bake it. 4 hours. Less tannic less berries. 8 hours floral with a finish that made me want to question, if this was even a proper way to taste this. Still wonderful.
