You feel it enter you mouth but instead of exploding it just expands and covers your tastebuds with incredible freshness that defies its age. Honey, apricot , salt and that chenin wax appear in a flotilla of flavors .

Incredibly mineral, very smoky with some very interesting white truffle notes. Palate has some sharp but contoured acidity with a smoky honey character
