Crisp with some nice peach fruit. Not a lot going on the nose. Seems like a somewhat weird blend: granache blanc, vermentino and picpoul.

Lots of fresh green apple, honey suckle, citrus, and pear. Palate picks up where the nose left off. Dry finish, w a light grassy note.

I'm a fan of UNTI and this one was a really nice white from them. Went well with oysters, steamed clams, bread and a soft cheese. Has more depth then a sauv blanc... lovely from start to finish!
