Chante - Alouette Hermitage Blanc Marsanne

God I love Rhône whites, especially when they are this good! Floral, stone fruits, wax and honey awesomeness!

This white wine needs a long decant, but once it is open long enough, it is a lovely but powerful wine. Strong cream flavor dominates this wine. It is quite powerful for a white wine, making it almost like a red wine in power. Some might find it’s strong aromatics too overwhelming, but I love these powerhouse whites.

Honey, deep gold, dry apricot and dry, orange, low acidity, full body. Long finish

Excellent marsanne.

So well balanced. Drank well right out the gate.

Decent but dull and lacking acidity.

Never disappoints. Served very slightly chilled. Worked perfectly.

👄 Med+ buttery silky waxy but not syrupy body of rich sweet melon, honey, pear, white peach & apricot in cream w/ low+ acidity all super balanced

🎯 Med+ dry & sweet pear, honey & tropical
